Arrival Policies
New first time clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This allows time to fill out the appropriate client forms. Established clients should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time. The arrival policy for massage services is designed to provide all clients with a smooth and efficient experience. It is important for clients to arrive on time so that I can fully dedicate myself to each session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but I kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
In the event of a late arrival, I may need to shorten the session to accommodate other scheduled appointments. This ensures that all clients receive the same level of care and attention. I value your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and other clients’ time.
By arriving on time, you not only maximize the benefits of your massage but also contribute to a harmonious and stress-free environment for everyone. I appreciate your commitment to punctuality and your cooperation in helping me maintain a well-organized schedule. -
Client Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for massage services is designed to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all clients. It is crucial for clients to notify in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy..
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. -
Working with Minors
The policy for treating minors is centered around being a highly skilled and experienced pediatric massage professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
I recognize the significance of prioritizing the safety and well-being of young clients, and I go the extra mile to ensure that they have a comfortable and appropriate experience.
Prior to administering any treatment to a minor, parental/guardian consent is always required. I believe that maintaining open lines of communication between mydelf and parents/guardians is essential for addressing any concerns or specific needs of the child.
Privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. I have implemented stringent protocols to safeguard all personal information and medical records, ensuring their security and confidentiality.
In addition to our commitment to safety and privacy, I also strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for our young clients. I understand that a massage can be intimidating for children, so I make every effort to establish a relaxing and fun environment.
For children under the age of 14, a parent/guardian will need to present in the treatment room at all times. For ages 14-17 a parent or guardian will need to remain within earshot of the treatment session and sign a document giving explicit consent to services along with the child’s consent.
No child shall ever receive massage or touch therapy without providing their explicit consent. This can vary based on communication capabilities which are always discussed prior to beginning any services. -
Privacy Policy
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this clinic. All client records are kept in a secure place and only those who need to see a client’s file for legitimate business or professional purposes have access to them. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
